When the CSR clicks the Process button on their screen an approaching Customer's face is processed in a fraction of a second for matches in the database. If a match is found, his/her main account information will be displayed on the screen for the CSR to greet the Customer by name and transact his/her business. If it is not found the CSR can ask if they would like to be enrolled in the system. Enrollment only needs to occur one-time, is permanent and is completed in seconds.

To verify the identity of a Customer or visitor, you have the option of using either face recognition, fingerprint recognition or both for an additional level of security.
