 Weatherproof Door Controlling Capabilities
FacePoint FP727H combines two of the best access control technologies into one compact and powerful waterproof unit for the highest level of security, convenience and management available in an access control and keyless entry system. This unit features powerful proximity ISO card capabilities and a keypad for private PIN numbers.
Our compact, durable FacePoint FP727H access control unit allows convenient and accurate access or denial of protected locations in a fraction of a second. Both authorized user data and unauthorized user attempts are logged to the database for a completely new level of awareness. When access has been granted, FacePoint will produce a signal to open the door. At the same time the action will be recorded to the database for audit trail requirements. For additional convenience, in door-always-locked scenarios, door release buttons can be used with FacePoint to remotely allow access to users not enrolled in the system.
All GeneSystems support a large number of users and admin-defined user groups with specific group access rules. Powerful and comprehensive real-time monitoring and reporting capabilities allow for maximum control of who moves in and around your business and when.
A FacePoint access control system will allow administrators to securely manage and control any protected door from anywhere in the world via our Client and Server software. A Windows-based administration interface allows you to easily manage all users who will move in and around your business. New users are permanently enrolled into the FacePoint system in seconds. We will teach you how to add users, user groups and custom group access rules quickly and easily.
Ethernet Network Ready
Our FacePoint FP727H biometric access control system can easily operate as a standalone single-door system or can be networked to other FP727H systems worldwide. FP727H must be used with our FP716Ei 16 Door Controller to allow controlled access to doors at multiple locations over a TCP/IP based ethernet connection. The FP716Ei controller can be networked to 253 other FP716Ei units to allow management and control of 4.064 doors domestically or internationally.
Extensive Access Control Reporting
User data can be served for whatever function your company will require. For example marketing, access by demographic group, and usage trends for incentive programs etc. An example of the standard types of reports that can be generated by our FacePoint software are:
- Complete Access History Report - List of all access (In, Out and Denied) on a specific day or admin-defined range of days.
- User Access History Report - Display the access history for a user over a admin-defined number of days.
- Current User Report - Displays a quick list of all users currently logged-into FacePoint.
- Access Denied History Report - Shows all the times that someone has tried to punch, but wasn't able to.
- Guest Access Report - Displays a list of all guest users along with specific notes that can be added.
- Access By Door History Report
- Reconcile History Report
- Event Log Report and more.
